I feel a knock in brake pedal.....
Did this ever happen to anyone?
When I have my foot on the brake and turn the wheel, I feel a knock
in brake pedal. This only happens when the wheel is turned at a certain point, usually about 90 degrees left or right. Could it be my steering rack thats gone bad.
I checked under the car a noticed the boots on the left side of the rack is torn.

it's possibly the axles, but it could also be a bad wheel bearing, cracked brake rotor, ball joint, etc etc etc.
I would start by replacing the axles since you know they're going out.. then assess the situation whiel you're down there and look for other failed parts.
