Hey I need some help, I have a exhaust smell that comes into the passenger cabin when i have the fan turned on. Is it possible that i have a broken exhaust bolt or need a new exhaust cover gasket. What are some possiblities and probable remedies. Any help is certainly useful. Thanks

fuel lines

Hello, Well when does this smell occur? Usually people get this gas/exhaust smell when the engine is warming up, but once it is warmed up the smell goes away. If the smell percists, then first check or replace the fuel lines. If once the fuel lines are changed and the smell is still there then you might want to cat converter. I think a faulty converter gives a "farty" smell rather than a gas smell. Just check the fuel lines, that is more than likely the problem.

Take care,
ICE

Who's passing gas?

Do you mean a fuel smell (gasoline) or an exhaust smell?
