Starter Motor?
You could also try taking it apart and clean the contacts inside the solenoid. I bet the copper contacts are pitted and the grease is all gummed up. If the contacts are copper on both sides, you might be able to just turn them over. If not, try filling them down so they are nice and shiny
I've tuned up starters on other nissans before but not on my max. Should be the same provided you can get the case off the solenoid. You might want to take the starter case off and see what you can clean up in there.
