Running lean rich? vaccuum leak?

First, how do you tell the difference if the car is runnning lean or rich?

Second, my car has been running funny since I got my injectors replaced, idle jumps around when at stop light for awhile, once in awhile idle would jump around a ton, and die, but only when at a stop, and giving it gas generally helped.
Whats the possible culprit? Heard it could be a vacuum leak, tried soapy water - no bubbles. Got carbcleaner, and sprayed it on the hoses I could find, but didn't change idle. Did a little test spray into intake, but that didn't raise idle! I need help with this, I have no power when cold, and my little sisters 90 volvo NT can whip my max..

Have you checked the fuel pressure regulator? There are a few threads here now that talk about the regulator. check the return line for junk.
