j30 vs 3rd gen suspension

i was wondering if the j30 sharded the same suspension as the max and was wondering if i could use my intrax on a j30

Infiniti J30 = RWD, 3800lb.
Maxima = FWD, ~3200lb.

would probably stand to reason that they're not gonna work.

Weird, huh? It would make better since to give the J30 chassis code to the Infiniti J30 and the Y32 chassis code to the Maxima. Sometimes things are just all messed up.

there are actually more techincal chassis codes. say for the maxima its PJ30 but i'm not exactly sure which it is for the Infiniti J30. the short chassis codes (j30, a32, y32, etc.) are just the codes for the chassis family. it does get confusing though that the maxima's chassis family and infiniti j30 are the same.
