Possibly both problems????

OK so i looked at my exhaust manifold studs on the head, sure enought the rear passenger side stud is broken. Now will solve the ticking and nasty noises, but my car also has a bad idle and hesitaton when warm (isnt that injectors?) I hope this isnt both problems because i dont have that kind of money. i had the manifold stud quotyed at roughly $240 to be tapped and put in a new one. Bottom line, can the broken stud cause hesitation, lack of performance when warm, and a not normal idle?

it could definitely be both problems, Personally I'd do the injectors first cause failed injectors can cause damge to the engine.
