Doing a brotha a good ole favor (accident)

For the past 2 weeks I let my brother take the max because he has a new job that requires a car. I was lending it to him for about 1 month to 1 1/2 months. Well today he got into an accident. He wasn't at fault, thank god. But he was decelerating and the tranny was downshifting when he then got smack right in the back of the max by some SUV. The tranny was stuck in gear for about 45 minutes then it finally shifted correctly. The rear end surprisingly just have a bunch of dents and peeled paint. My tranny is acting even wierder and my silver trim from my trunk is half torn off. It's funny because I was going swap in a newer tranny within the next few months. Now in athe insurance claim I can get a new tranny, rear panels, trunk, and paint jobs. Another ironic thing was that I was going to put in my new LED 1157's and Koba lights today.

Please don't feel sorry for the max. If you don't know why yet please read this again

Pics will be up by Sunday (don't have a digital camera so it'll be 35mm)

For a funny thing that also happened was that my brother hit his head on the windshield (that's no the funny thing continue to read on) and the other passenger's head also hit. When the EMT's were taking them to the hospital my brother's coworker (other pass.) stretcher caught a flat and he fell flat on hit face while tied down to the stretcher. My bro was light all he heard was a big BOOM and the EMT's were trying not to laugh. They are now getting sued for a shoulder injury.

That is HILARIOUS!!! And as for the Max...Insurance fraud WITHOUT THE FRAUD! That's great. Glad it worked out for you. The best part about it was you didn't have to go through anything. Buy your bro a beer....he deserves one!
