hey man,

the suction cup thing works for larger dets, i know my buddy's dad is a body guy, and he actually puts a hole in the ding, then pulls it out, then bondo's the hole that's for those small deep dents though.

so for little door dings they just fill it up with bondo, sand it smooth and paint it.

you can go to a paintless dent removal place...they'll charge anywhere from 70 - 100 bucks to remove dings...

If you want to fix the dents correctly you would pull them (by either drilling and hole and pulling with a debt puller or using a unispotter) then use bondo. Bondo should not be applied more then 1/4 inch thick! Grind the area before you apply the bondo. Then sand the bondo smooth then prime and resand then paint.
The suction cups, as stated before are used on bigger dents and will not total remove the entire dent. They work good for making the dent look better then it did or to bring back the roof after the kids just sat on it!
Paintless dent removal is good too just call up and have them give you a price!
