I think you're asking about the BMW headlights from the 3 series (E36 model). Check out www.geocities.com/bmwconversion for more info on that. Also, check out the links in the FAQ post at the top of this forum - there are a couple other sites with info on the BMW headlights.
The angel eyes aren't standard on those cars, but can be bought from ebay pretty easily.
