That sure is a project, but when you’re done and you look down at your blistered hands with plenty of cuts and you look at your beautiful car it will be all worth it.

 

********UPDATE*********

my mechanic did an inspectionon the maxima, and told me these are the current issues with it:

1)maf is bad
2)2 fuel injectors are foul (he recommends new harness too)
3)motor mount is bad
4)lower right control arm
5)transmission has about 8-12 months left on it
6)needs tune up
7)radiator was patched but needs replaced in our opinion

exterior damage

1)front bumper
2)right fender
3)windshield
4)antenae

has kenwood tape am/fm and extra kenwood cd graphic eq/cd player. i am most likely keeping the wing, but will consider leaving it for a price. please make offers, i must sell.

 

are you paying a mechanic to work on the car?
If so then I'd recommend getting rid of it because that's a LOT of labor to put in besides the parts.

well im going to ask my mom what she wants to fix on it, cause im not spending a dime on damage i didnt make.

 

Do an auto to manual swap, Get the stillen kit with the new bumper, and all no urethane bushings when doing the suspension stuff

 

im just going to sell both the maxima and the lincoln and get a 92 se 5spd, and mod the hell out of it! the one im looking at only needs minor engine upgrades, i plan on supercharging it, stillen kit, bmw headlights, skyline tails, and 18" wheels. over all about 3000 worth of mods and it would be done including paint. this 91 has to much history with me..... i would rather fall in love again. i plan on trying to have a 300hp maxima with everything shaved, so noone knows what it is. garage it till its done, and let everyone see what real nismo power is!

 

$3000 including paint. Wow. I've got $3K into mods and I've done all the work myself. No supercharger and no paint (doesn't need paint anyway).

 

well the car im looking at already has about 3000 in mods, i most likely will pay for paint and paint it myself. i did my first max. the supercharger wasnt included in that price, sorry.

 

i have to sell both vehicles asap, replacement vehicle is going to be sold in 1 month.
