Installed the redlinegoods leather boots
Just finished installing the leather boots I got from Poland. Leather was good quality. The shifter boot installed no problem, except that since I have a short throw shifter with a shortened height, there is a bit too much leather there and it "bunches up" which I don't like. I might trim a 1/2" from the bottom and re-install it to see if that helps.
The e-brake was a little trickier. Getting the center console out was easy (so many crumbs and other junk under there, ewww) but then figuring out how to mount the boot was a little tricky because the gaps in the leather didn't line up with the screw holes. The pictures on redline's website weren't specific enough so I just tried a few different configurations until I got one that looked satisfactory. Overall, I think they are a good cosmetic mod because I personally despise the "cheap" look of the boot-less ebrake we 3rd genners have. However, to be frank, for $30 each I figured the fitment would be a little better considering it is just a few pieces of leather sewn together (probably by a 10 year old in Poland). Still, I recommend them to anyone who wants to class up their interior a little.

well the ebrake had to have some "slack" in fitment since people had to put the console and feed the ebrake through it. some cars have more ebrake pull and some have less...i didn't want to get it too tight for people that have farther pull on the ebrake so a compromise had to be made.
on the shifter...if you some lexol or leather conditioner it'll soften up and it'll fall down more. it's new...so it's a little stiffer. give it some time and it'll fall in better.

Just thought I'd bump this and say that you were right. I rubbed some Meguiars leather conditioner on the boots and re-worked the zip-tie on the shifter boot and they both look much better now, especially the shifter boot. I just assumed that new leather would be at it's softest and only stiffen with age...guess I was wrong.
