See if you can order those bulbs in fog yellow, that should do the trick. Most fo the standard bulbs are available in fog yellow, they're just not used frequently in North America.

No max foreign or US use yellow (or orange) corner lights. That yellow fog look is for euro's imported into the US & more to do with US regs - in Europe modern cars generally use white (only the older pre-80s use yellow). Same goes for Japanese domestic market cars.

no, European maximas had smoked corner lights (like mine) - see pic in sig
yours will be different, but I wouldn't necessarily say Euro

unless you're talking about the front blinkers down in the bumper
those are clear in the US but orange on euro and aussie maximas

...and kiwi maxima's! Ya can't forget kiwi max's - esp as there are more kiwi's on the org than Aussies!

What I was refering to was yellow foglights, not the indicators in the bumper or the corner lights. Euro, Aussie & Kiwi max's don't get indicator repeaters like US & Jap max's - our's are blanked off clears with a repeater light mounted on the fender between the wheel arch & the door. Wish our cars ahd the clear bumper indicators - they look cool

I have seen some clear corner lights ex Japan that use an orange bulb in the repeater light - which is what you guys do with your clears - but that was at a used parts importer. Have never seen on a car, so I'm guessing they're not genuine Nissan.

Personally, don't know why you'd want to change the white corner light to yellow, though...

sorry about that, I was including NZ with the AU stuff

on the US corners, the orange part isn't a repeater, it's just on with the parking lights unless you rewire it

Like James said, I got my corner lights from a friend in England who was selling his car. From the dealer over there, they're something like $80 each and then shipping would add even more.

PM awsm66, he uses some tint/clear coat mixture that looks much better than any other tint sprays other people have used

I didn't know the orange part wasn't a repeater on US max's - makes sense that it's a clearance light, though, because of your regs. On JDM max's it's a repeater light.
Hey Thumpyls, good luck with your mod - it will def look different.
