I am new to this forum, so please excuse me if I ask the same question as someone else did several weeks ago.

I am changing the entire suspension system. I am using stock components (sorry guys, I have to drive this 100 miles each day, not a good car to try a stiff suspension).

The manual I am using is very clear regarding every part of this procedure except for the front wheel bearings. The manual states that I should take this to someone who knows what he is doing. (???)

Is there someone out there who has done this before. Why would this be so difficult? The bearing is a double row ball bearing, not the standard cone bearing, but 30 minutes with an arbor press should be enough to push the old bearings out and install the new bearings.

Am I missing something?

yup basically you need a press to press them out. once u have access to that it's a piece of cake. make sure u get new seals too.
