My poor max is hurting on me, there is this weird whining noise coming from my passenger side front wheel, whenever I turn hard it whines louder...

I'm thinking my power steering is going wrong, but I dont know..

Any ideas? The noise isnt coming from the drivers side wheel though.. it just start happening out of the blue yesterday

thanks fellas

check the PS fluid level. check for PS leak. CV will click..not whine. whine is more PS pump.

Well, there could be one of 2 things. One, there is a leak in the Power steering pump lines. I would get those replaced, then put fresh fluid in. Two, the power steering pump is about to go. Usual signs of this are difficulty turning the wheel and a very strange whine. You would have to replace the power steering pump.
