this is what happened to me about 2 weeks ago. completey shattered my clutch.

looks like debris that re-entered the atmosphere from low earth orbit.

you could photograph it in a white void environment with professional production values and call it art.

well that's what happens when you beat the hell out of the clutch. you're supposed to put the clutch in the car and use it for driving purposes.

who needs a clutch anyway they are all over-rated. Besides you will get way better gas mileage without it

Interesting, when i replaced my clutch i barely got it to the shop. It was slipping so bad, that we had to push it onto the lift....

never seen a shattered clutch though....

hope nothing else was broken/effected.

lophix had a clutch that seemed to almost there. we were taking a look at the clutch and noticed a little crack in the metal by one of the springs. i bet that thing didn't have much more life in it.
