Fog lights

I just picked up some oem foglights off a 94 se and i tried to put them in my gxe but one problem there is no place to mount them i thought they would just bolt right up. Is there another bracket that attachs to the frame that i have to get or do i have to wam bam up a bracket to make them fit. does the fog light bracket attach to the frame or to another bracket that attaches to the frame.

There is a bracket. I got it when I bought some OEM foglights from another org member. Haven't had the time to look, yet, to see how they actually bolt up.

oh oh oh...i know this one....

the fog lamp has a pivot point on the top of which is the mounting point with 2 holes at the rear most end and an upward hook at the front most end (some may call this a bracket). this mounting point then mounts to a metal plate more appropriately termed a bracket. it has four holes in it. the rear most two have nuts welded to the topside (this is what the bolts which go throught the fog lamp mounting grab on to) the other two line up with holes at the bottom of the bumper which also have nuts welded to the topside.

did u just get the fogs with the wires or with brackets as well. the holes should already be there. also r u usin' an aftermarket fog switch or stock switch. if u have the stock switch and ur car already has the fog harness and relay then the holes have to be there. i used my stock brackets to mount my aftermarket fogs and it holds up just fine.
