Where they put the dipstick!

I am kind of a new owner of a maxima 92 manual. I replaced the front ball joints this weekend and thought ey while I have my hands dirty might check the oil and so on. Can someone please explain where the tansaxle dipstick is? Ive got the Hynes book but they ref a old model and better of me I cant find it.

I hope someone cant help me.

Check the tranny fluid you mean? Cause if that is what you mean you have to remove this bolt on the transmission. There is no dipstick like there is on automatics.
