I have an aftermarket head unit in my 93 maxima it had all four bose speakers still connected through the amp. There were just two problems, the rear speakers were blown and there is static all the time (due to the amplifiers going out on each speaker). I replaced the rear speakers with pioneers, now i just want to know if i can reroute the wires to avoid the bose amps so it goes directly to the speakers, thus getting rid of the static. Circuit City told me I had to re-run wires all the way from the head unit, so i wanted to avoid some trouble...

Yes you can rewire it to bypass the Bose amps. There are 4 wires going into the amps, the 2 larger gauge are power for the amp, the smaller wires are for the speakers. I cant remember the exact pattern, I'll look and see where I found it.
