lost my keys

One of my friends lost my keys this weekend and i have no extra set. Nissan told me that they can't cut me a new key unless they have a 5 digit key code. I thought only the gxe models had a key code, because i don't have the touchpad entry on my se. Is this something else they are talking about, and if it is, where can i find out what mine is? and if anyone has an idea how much a locksmith will charge, could you let me know before i start calling them?

Thanks,
Andrew

There should be a sticker inside the glovebox with the key code. I dont think it has anything to do with the keyless entry, it's just the code that tells the locksmith how to cut the key.
