Price range for new headgasket install.

So, my Max seems to have developed 'weepy' headgasket. It's not leaking into the oil, nor is it burning any coolant, but it does seem to lose a little coolant. I guess this is uncommon on VGs, but the newish radiator makes me suspect the previous owner overheated it.

What's a reasonable price for a headgasket replacement. I'm not willing to do it myself (lack of time, tools, talent...) So far, most estimates have been in the 2000-2400 dollar range to do the gaskets, plus the TB and WP. Or 1600 for the gaskets alone. Is this a fair price? I really don't want to spend that kind of dough
