I was wondering if you could buy the stillen body kit in separate pieces. If so does anyone know the prices of each piece, or where the cheapest place to get them is. Also I was wondering how exactly they are installed. I want to install them myself but I want to know what kind of work I'm in for before I do it. Thanks

92GXE, touring wing, 18” racing wheels, Port&Polished intake, custom intake, custom yellow interior, racing seats, back seats taken out and replaced with subs and amps, NOS kit, Suspension tech. Lowering springs, custom grille, soon to be custom painted and have the whole engine rebuilt for big shot NOS and custom SC and tranny converted to 5-speed.

sure you can buy them in peices. i think the retail price of the front spoiler is 350 about. the whole intire kit is like 750. its not to hard to install. you just have to understant how to rivet. other that that its not to hard.

buy the way have you had any problems with your nos system. i was wondering if it was hard to install and will it kill my engine. but it is a 93 max. thanks for your reply

I got the front spoiler for my car and it ran me 180. You can get the whole kit for something like 550. I just called stillen direct, you can usually work with the sales people on their prices.

I havent had any trouble at all with my NOS. I think that it is the best performance mod that you can buy for the money by far. The kit that I got from NOS isn't hard on the engine at all. It isnt that hard to hook up, but its real time consuming. As long as you know where your fuel pressure regulator is you wouldn't have a problem. I definitely recommend installing one. I'm gonna see how strong my max is soon when I get new pistons and rods and convert my NOS to a big shot! Then I'll be able to take vettes off the line in my automatic.

The only way you'll be able to catch a Vet off the line is if some schrapnel from your tranny exploding puntures his engine block...

Maximamike I think you seem to be underestimating the Max. You and I both have some interesting plans for our cars, and I know that getting mine to stay with a vette is definitely not hard. Just money consuming. Ive seen a couple of Max's already running 12's. I've yet to see a C5 vette that will do it stock. You run the numbers. It will be done I assure you. I'll have the Max going as fast as I humanly can.

Alright, throw a 150 shot or whatever in your Max. We'll see how long your tranny lasts. And as for me under estimating the car? Its called *reality*.

No one ever said it would be easy. I'll give it a shot either way. I'm always up for a challenge. If you have enough money almost anything is possible, but I hear what your trying to say.

C5's stock will do 13.1's and with slicks it will easily do 12's stock. but i say go for it chris. if your that confident in the tranny do it. anything is possible with time and money.
oh yeah btw, i blew away a C5 off the line, turns out he wasnt racing
