this could probably go in off topic, but i dont know...
i saw today a very very riced out civic. one thing that really made me say WTF is the bumper this thing had. the kid drilled big holes all the way across the stock bumper. this isnt the first time i saw this rediculous thing either. what the hell do people do this for? do they think its gonna make the car lighter or something. lol. its gonna be funny when the backup and barely bump something and the whole bumper cracks apart.

actually its for performance and you can buy them at summit racing among many other places......it allows excess air under the bumper to escape at high speeds making air flow smoother and more aerodynamic. but for a car to go to that legnth it must be going really fast.....or definatly rice
