noise on turn

I am having this grinding sort of noise on left turn.
Even when in the parking lot, gear in Park.
I thought could be tie rod end, so i replaced both with new ones. Problem still there.
Sounds like somewhere lack of lubrication.
I checked ball joint, they looked fine, no leak, boot intact, no play. CV joints are new also.
Kind of lost here.
Could it be strut bearing? I don't want to take the strut apart if it has nothing to do with this problem.
Any hints, please help.
Are there any places in the steering column i should grease on?
Thanks much in advance.

"...noise on left turn...gear in Park."

Engine idling? If so, stop engine to take out power steering from the pic.

To verify the strut: Get help, go locate the sound. Use screwdriver 'as a scope', touch strut end (&places you suspect) and put u ear on the handle, listen while someone turns the steering wheels. (next, Raise car, if strut noise it will definitely change or stop. Take wheel out and watch.)
