Real quick gauge bezel question

Ok, I got a carbon fiber gauge bezel for Christmas but I don't know where to put it? lol I know this sounds stupid, but damn Ebay sh*t never comes with directions. Do I stick it to the front of the cluster on the clear plastic or do I actually open up the cluster and pop off the plastic part and put it on the actual cluster? Thanks a lot! Sorry for the dumb question but I want to do this correctly and I've been soooo busy with work because every person in the world wants snow tires! lol

didn't you just ask this? if not, someone else asked the exact same thing a few days ago

You'll need to take apart the dash and put it on the actual cluster. For instructions, check out my clock fix page and that'll get you most of the way there.

you basically lay it over the black part of the gauge cluster.
take the cluster window off and stick it on...replace the window back.

Yeah, alright right on. It's so funny, on Ebay it says, "Installs in minutes, just heat it up with a heat gun or your actual car heater and put over plastic, it's that easy!" lol
