wade covers are what people are using to "flush mount" them. They are headlight covers. People take out the glass/plastic housing of the e36 headlights and use the headlight covers giving that sweet flushness.

there are a few companies that make them not just wade.

ps whats wrong with your paint job?

You could probably use the covers on those e36 lights, but then you lose one of the main reasons for putting the euro lights in, which is the glass. (at least in my opinion)

No, you can just solder onto the stock wires for the high/low beam.

ya...but the thing is...i got the ones with the angel eyes also...off the e36 light theres 5 wires...1 yellow, 1 white, 2 brown , or a gray (i think its for corner lights) i have the low and high beam hook up and working...ill tell you how i did it, and maybe someone can help...if i remmeber the yellow went to the stock orenge with white and the white went to the stock orenge and black...i grounded the stock black wire to the chassis, then i ran another wire from the chassis to the 2 browns...if confusing let me know...i could really use some help.....and also the gray is just taped off, because the lights came with corner lights, and according to the instructions, the gray wire are for the corner lights..thanks for all the help!!!

you have the headlights right (well I think...I dont want to go check the color code but it sounds right) but the grey goes to the city light (small bulb at bottom of high beam) which should connect to the parking lights. They have the halos tapped into the grey wire in mine (city light) so that the halos come on with the parking lights. I assume yours is the same way so if you connect the grey wire to the parking lights (small yellow triangle on corner lamp) then the halos and city light should work.

edit: I just got the projectors btw...found them shortly after you got yours. They were gutted badly so I am going to have a hybrid USDM and Euro headlight when I am finished. I just have one obsticle and that is cutting an edge off of the round lenses of the Euros to make them work in the USDM housing.

It will be interesting but when I am finished they will be nice...I hope.

i'm not sure if thats right, but when i get home from work i'll try...the only reason i say that might not work is because when we were playing around with the diffrent wires the halo's and parking lights come on, but i never hooked the gray up to anything...but i'll give it a shot and let you know...thanks for the responce, you and brad have been alot of help!!!

That doesnt make sense. The white wire and yellow wires are for the headlights (one is high the other is low) and the 2 browns are the ground for each. That doesnt leave anything to be connected to the parking lights for it to turn anything on.

Now they may have connected the halos to the high or low beam but they would not come on with the parking lights if that were the case.

Something has to be connected to the parking lights in order for them to turn something on when they are turned on. I am pretty sure if you were playing around with the lighting that you connected the grey to the parking lights to turn the halos on.

The city lights use a 194 bulb. My guess is the bulb is not in there or something. You may have to pull the lights out to see where they are and put them in or replace them if they are bad.
