need help boring out throttle body

I just took off my intake collecter and throttle body to clean it, and I want to bore out my throttle body. I've read a few article's about it but I am looking for better instructions.

I've also seen some polished intake manifoolds. does any one know what I need to do this?

For the most part you won't see any gain from this with a NA engine. cleaning the TB is about all you can do to get an improvement in throttle response. You MAY gain 1 hp peak if you are lucky.
