150$ for a grill, that's a little steep don't you think?

Not when you have to import them from Europe. They are actually cheap, new ones after import costs are $300ish.

Corners are sold for now. Thanks for the interest.

negative.... it's not something you can just hop online and purchase for one...two they're shipped overseas...again not cheap.

take a look at other aftermarket grilles out there for other cars... WRX grilles for example range from 200-400 bucks...

heh, yeah they would be dupes but it is only a grille we're talking about. and anyway, i'd probably have to be the one picking yours up to make the mold thinking about it, $50 would still probably be a hefty price considering where i went to make them. i was thinking benson because i went there and would probably be able to use the plastics shop.

Hey guys, I only just came back on the site again & 1992maxman is not kidding about the cost. I am from New Zealand where these are standard too. I already have the smoke corners & could get these for the same price. Same goes for the grille. Have a look at my ride ....

your smoke corners are different than UK corners though. UK are completely smoked where the NZ ones are just the small corner (that is yellow on US cars)

You would have to get the original from Brian, since my current one is the standard US version. I am assuming you would still have to pay him $150 for it, so you would have to sell several just to get your money back.

I guess somewhere like Benson Tech, PCC or Mt Hood Community College would help you for free if they had the equipment and you knew the right people. Those places are always looking for free projects to learn from.
