Is is the alternator?
Well my car was sitting for a few weeks (since i dont drive it anymore) and my sister asks to barrow it. So my max isn't anything special so I said sure...so she brings it back and everything is fine but the other day i go out to start it to ride it around a bit it didn't start it went tic tic tic no turnover (vg engine) so i jump it and it starts right back up...so then i go to clean it up a bit to put it up for sale and it doesn't start again so i jump it to get it into the garage and i put a battery charger on it (new battery so i didn't see why it would be that) and the sensor on the recharger said it was full...so i go out today to see if it will star and it won't even make a noise or anything just dead sitting here waiting to be helpped....so my asumtion would be that it is the alternator but I could be wrong.

My guess is you got a dud new battery. If you have a voltmeter check the voltage at the battery before you try to start it. it should be close to 13 volts. Get the car running (jumped or whatever) and then check voltage again. It the voltage is higher your alternator at least works. If the battery shows good voltage but still won't turn the engine over you've got a bad connection or the battery is defective and cannot deliver the amps necessary to start it.

...sorry the small frozen wiking helmets limited thinking: I understand no start in the morning.
Next q.: Battery is full -or- empty in the morning?
1. Battery can be full, and no start. Or. 2. Batt can be empty and no start.
Case 1.: bad [ground] cable connections [if jumpstart negative cable to engine helps]
Case 2.: Bad batt as said above and/or smtg draining the battery. Do as bhunter suggested. And next: Take cable off in the evening, measure/verify voltage to ensure it is full... ---> if batt empty in the morning, batt is dead.
Othervise alternator voltage reg bad/leaking or some other device always on. --->Check with multimeter amp scale the leaking current, take off one fuse after another...

you might want to do a current draw check when you try to start it.
a few possibilities spring to mind.
the battery only has a "surface" charge
bad ground
starter wanting too much current.

This sounds like what happened to mine when it had a hairline crack in the grounding terminal connecting to the battery, causing poor ground. Give that terminal a nice good twist after you tighten it down and see if it slides all over the battery post. Every Nissan I have owned developed this after about 5 years due to the thin metal and sacrificial anode action.
