sunroof

i have a 93 gxe and want to put the wind gaurd that the se's have on there sunroofs on to my sunroof. Are they easy to take off at the junkyard and will i have to drill holes in my roof to install it and will that cause water leakage?

water leakage is usually stopped by having the holes plugged good, otherwise youll have a wet head liner. but i know that some of those wind gaurds are just stick on, not drill in. i couldnt tell you bout mine, since i dont have one, but i can tell you there are no holes in my roof from it being taken out, maybe i just never had one on the car ever.

there a reason you want one? looks or sound deading?

I just got one for my GXE. I got it from Amazon.com about 55 with shipping. It uses clips and no drilling is needed!

FYI: The screws they sent me were too short, so I got new ones and it took 5 minutes to install. Just put one on my borthers Acura last night and it also took 5 minutes!
