I know there have been many discussions on the Xenon and superwhite bulbs but I haven't really seen much talk about the Krypton bulbs. Some claims have been made that these bulbs are easily 10 - 20% brighter than the Xenon. Does anyone have any opinions or personal experience to compare these two types of bulbs. Include mfr and models if possible. Thanks in advance...

i've never seen or hear of the krypton bulbs you're talking about. i have xenons and i love them! they have a nice bluish tint to them and they seem to be the same brightness as stockers. i think the model number on them is 3800K or something.

krypton supposdly offer better cooling properties than xenon. the 3800k you refer to is the "light" temperature, or it's color. more jibber jabber.
