door hinges...getting worse
When I first got my car, I noticed that the doors opened a little rough, not that smooth feeling, and you can hear it rubbing against itself because of the lack of lube. So I decided it was time to lube it all up, I thought WD-40 would do the trick, but it made my problem worse. Guess it cleaned off all the thick lube and then left me for dead So what kind of grease or lube should I use on my door hinges? I don't want my doors to fall off

Mostly likely plastic inserts are worn out. They can be re-placed only as one piece with door hinges ...
PS: tip for you ... if you decide to replace hinges at dealership, and they have galvanized ones ... they will charge you for painting of those (otherwise they wouldn't guarantee rust protection - stupid but that is the procedure) ... paint will start going off in next 2 weeks - come back and ask for full refund saying that you have to re-do the whole job (so you'll get refund for labor and painting job, ending up with payment for hinges then selves).
If you choose to install by yourself - don't paint 'em ... like I said paint WILL start going off.

- Loosen hinge bolts on lower hinge, raise door, insert coin under hinge =door aligned.
- Buy hinge bits, take off front mudguard, take hinge apart and repair.
Btw. This is the size job u may trust for stealeship mechanics. Quite possibly they have fixed pri$e for the job.
Buy Lithium Spray...

If the door gaps look equal, I would start by lubing the hinges again. Clean them off first. You want to get all the dirt and grime that has accumulated over the decade +years. Then pick up some white lithium spray(I prefer Gunk, but whatever). Use the straw in the hinge and hinge bolt area. Carefully, open and close the door to help work the grease in. This has helped past door problems for me. Note: It works great, but looks messy. Just keep that in mind, before you get trigger happy on that can.
