Odd Headlight issue

Hey guys, about 2 months ago I did the e36 swap. After 2 weeks
my Tranny died (unrelated). So my car sat for a month till I got
the money for a rebuild. When I tried to start the car and putt
to the tranny shop the battery was dead. My buddy gave me
a jump start and I was on my way.

Now the tranny is good, but I noticed that my passenger side
headlight (low) was noticeably dimmer than the driver side. I
swapped bulbs and nothing changed. I even took the e36's off
and rewired new sockets (9004) (twisted/soldered/taped all connections).
Still the same problem, low beams the pass side is dim, high beams
both are bright. Switched bulbs and no changes. Would a weak
battery or dying alty cause this? Remember that we did have to
jump start her. Also remember that high beams are fine.
Please help
Thanks in advance
~Brock
