Questions for those that have done front BBK

Hi, big thanks to Mark, i installed the front BBK with 13" cobra rotors, 4 pistons nissan calipers and steel brake line, then bleeder the brake(all four corners) twice, but the brake still feel very soft. Do yo guys have any ideas? Before i put in the new parts, the brake feel alright, not great but alright. Did you guy experience this? Guess i would be puting in a new master cylinder and see if it correct it.
Also, in the "importnut.net/300zxbrakeswap.htm", the 240sx guys put in a z32 MC in their and seem happy with it. If i am going to get a new MC, should i go for it also?
Jeff, matt, and the guy with black max w/a ski rack(sorry, don't reember your name) any help? Thanks

How many miles have you driven on it? Give it 200 miles or so and if the softness persists, re-bleed. Mine stiffened up after about 50 miles of driving, I've heard other people who drove longer before they experienced the same.

Whenever I changed out all my rotors and bad, I brake REALLY hard for about 2 weeks to seat the pads. Pads aren't perfect and have a small gap on one side, the the pad needs to get ground down to match the rotor. There' s a softness in the pedal till then.

Na, take it on the road get up to about 65 and HAMMER on the brakes. DO that about 3 times it'll clear out the rust.

Yes, if the pads/rotors are brand new, you should perform the break in process. Similar to what theralgoon9 mentions. Don't hit anyone and make sure no one is behind you. hehe

The pedal should firm up. Try to keep your eyeballs in when they do.
