Hey can i put 92-94 SE lights on my 91 SE? i can buy them at courtesyparts.com, but will they fit on just like the old ones? or are they a differnt shape? thanks

 

Shi89Max did the full conversion... he took off the brake lights and trunk panel off his old '92 and put them on his '89. He just unscrewed everything and did the conversion... might need to wait til it gets hot to pull off the lights (there is an adhesive around it).

The shape is the same.. you should have no fittiment problems... but, on shi's the trunk panel is a bit higher than the lights for some reason.

Yeah, i just went ahead and ordered an older one cause i didnt want to pay another 100 bucks, mom was driving my car and ran into the back of the basketball goal and cracked the rear brake light on the passenger side, and then had it replaced with a GXE one which 1. had crome on it and 2. wasnt black/smoked cause its not SE...but anyways i really like the 92 and up butt on the max
