I've had a hell of a time keeping my 94 out of the shop lately; 1 tow, 6 six starters.... still wouldn't star until I found out at carmax that there was a anti theft relay missing. what a bunch of crap, is everyone rippin my *** off or what?

 

sounds like to need to take it back to the place the did the original work, and scream and yell at them and make them pay for any other stuff that was required on the starter. If they removed a relay and told you the prob was fixed, or didn't say they removed it, then it's their responsibility and they're the ones who should get stuck paying the bill for everything afterwards.
