I just bought a window regulator and while at the dealership they mentioned a silicone spray that I should use to help the window regulator last longer. Anyone ever heard of this? Where should I spray it? They said spray around the edges of the window and I was trying to figure out how that works. Also does anyone know if I can use this on the power antenna? My antenna makes a lot of noise when it goes down and I'm worried it will get stuck.

Any sliding surface. I think Lithium grease spray is best on the moving parts nd wires. Use on antenna assy ...has to be taken off, opened to let spray in. Try first a film on the antenna, then exercise it up and down while spraying. Wipe off.

There might just be places cheaper than stealerchip$$...

any cheapo silicone lube spray will work. I use it mostly on weatherstripping, but it works well for window tracks too.

Where would I spray it though on the cable?

Spray it on the railing and the cable before you put it in.

I believe the purpose of the silicone is to decrease friction. This is why they said to spray it around the edges. Not the tracks. Not the cables. Those should use white lithium grease. The silicone cuts the binding movement of the window guides and seals. You can buy it at any parts house. Don't overspray or you'll have a nasty window. You just want to provide a lubricated barrier between the glass and rubber. It works great. Have fun.
I would use the lithium for the antenna motor. You'll have to access the mast 'gear string' as Wiking stated.
