It's definitely not good, but it's not bad either. There's a fairly recent thread that discusses this. From what I recall, it's just a type of condensation.

When you pull the dipstick out, does the oil on the stick look all milky? Are there dark oil looking particles floating on top of the coolant fliud in the radiator and/or resourvior? I've only seen oil look that bad following a blown headgasket. Maybe if the oil cap was not on tight....? The car can still run with coolant in the oil, just will cause a lot of wear really quick and will lead to some significant internal damage if not fixed. Any doubt, change the oil and filter then monitor. Maybe I'm lucky, but I've owned 7 (presently own 4) Maximas and have never run into this "condensation" problem.

nothing in the dipstick, but in need of an oil change, when i get her on the road on july 14, i will change all the fluids and stuff. i am 99% sure that i do not have a blown head gasket. but ya never know. she runs smooth as can be, only has 125,257 miles on her. in a month, i put 1 mile on her driving her around the back yard.

My vote is condensation... It happens in the rx7s alot... When you start it up do you allow the car to fully warm up or do you start it for a couple of min and then shut it off? If so it could be because you arent burning(evaporating) the all the condensataion off because the motor hasnt fully warmed up... but I dont know... I'm not a mechanic or anything.
