Possible or waste of time (lighting Q)

So as the mod bounces I find myself with crappy stock driving lights ( hate the light output) and a pair of 7500k 9004's. Insperation!!! If I rewired the lights totally, would the stock driving lights take the heat of 100w 9004's? Yes I know it would be a crap load of work for the results, that's understood, not the Q.

not exactly sure what your saying but a lot of people have upgraded there headlight wiring and found good results i use 100watt fog light bulbs on stock wiring and they work great if you upgrade your wiring to 16 gauge i think it would work good

Stock bulbs in fog light (driving lights, whatever) are H4 bulbs. ie they suck. I'm considering doing the work to install 9004 bulb sockets in them and am looking to see if conesus thinks the stock housings can habdle the different bulb.

Btw, how's WI this summer?? ----> Me born and raised in GB Go Pack!!!

um stock is 55watts.

people who have done the 9004 upgrade say the output is better. im pretty sure you gotta turn the bulb upside down or something.
