The ABS relay is most probably stuck. Hit him into head, replace... or take ABS fuses off [right side; http://www.cardomain.com/ride/748507/5]

for more clic on http://www.cardomain.com/ride/748507/18

2 options:
1. fix and repair unit/relays as well as g-d only knows what else ($-$$$$)
2. Disable ABS, by pulling fuses and connectors ($0)

I'd go with #2.......Early 90's abs systems were not that great even when they worked...:

I can verify our ABS systems freak out. Mine liked to totally lock the wheels when I hit the brakes and turned at the same time. NOT FUN!!! Fuses pulled.

My guess is shorting front wheel sensor wiring... turning causes wire to twist.

As described http://www.cardomain.com/ride/748507/18 , typical ABS electrical problems are wiring/ grounding /dirt related.

ABS computer also has the self test which may point to the problem source.
