I got a set of Sumitomo SRIXON4 for $40, are they good?

I was out at the junkyard today and I found a set of almost brand new Sumitomo SRIXON4. one has a nail in it but that can be patched. I got all of them for $40. the size is 205/60HR15 and I called a tire shop and they said that size would fit on my stock rims but it might throw my speedometer off a little but its already off so I have to get it ajusted anyways.

I was wondering if anyone has used this tire before and with the tire size being a little bit different what would that cause if I did put them on. will it cause more issues?

heres a link to the tires at tirerack.com

Go to the tire and wheel section and look in the stickies for the tire size calculator, that will tell you how much the difference is between those and stock. Those tires are smaller than stock, so your speedometer will read faster and you will accrue more miles on your car than you are actually driving.

It really doesn't hurt your car, otherwise. From the looks of the tire rack link, they are just your average H rated all season tires. Nothing special, but for $40 they should get you by until you can afford something that is the right size and handles better.

I never thought about it adding more miles on my car but now that I think about it that makes sense.

I've seen a few in Texas if you're interested. Theres a pearl white maxima for sure in Dallas because I went there and took almost the entire interior of black leather. Got a right fender with splash guard in great shape. Rear got hit though. Let me know if you want me to check for the front bumper.

shouldnt be more than $100 prob even less than that. I had a bodykit for my first car a neon shipped to me and for the front and rear it was only like $80.
