You are probably going to need to drill your own hole...I did just north of the brake pedal

i drilled a hole, while others used the hole where the hood release cable goes through the firewall iirc.

between engine bay and fender where your other wires are running through. it's a rubber peice. it might not be big enough for 2 ga. whatever you do, be careful not to cut into the other wires. i ran an 8 ga through it and even that was sketchy. the rubber will constrict after you pull the drill bit out, take a nail or something and tape around the wire to make a lead and then just pull it through the hole. sorry, i don't have a pic.

I ran a 4ga. wire through that rubber gromment. Used a drill guide to pick the bit, drilled the hole, sprayed a little wd-40 and it slid right through. The interior of my car was out at the time, and I just routed it down the driver's side and into the trunk through one of the holes on the rear deck (I think) so it followed out with the trunk release cable.

What kind of system are you running that you would need 2ga. wire??

I've run 4ga through the same grommet, I just used a pair of needle-nose pliers to "bore out" a hole in the grommet itself (it is rubber so it is pretty easy). It was actually harder to get ahold of the wire once it poked through from the dead pedal side. 2ga, might be pushing it.

Yep, use that rubber grommet. I put two 4 gauges through with little trouble. I did take off my fender to do it, although you should be able to do it w/o. Have fun
