squeaking

Getting squeaking noise from rear when braking. Should I just clean them and see if the noise stops or what should I look for if I take the tires off?

You should be replacing the rear brake pads....

See how much brake pad is left. I could be as simple as brake dust between the rotors and pads. But I would have to guess there's hardly any pad left.

If you go replace the pads... don't listen to the people saying you need a special adaptor to get the piston back in. Just use a C-clamp without any spacer, and the let the turning of the clamp turn the piston back in.

works... for the simple fact that when you use the middle portion, it rotates, causing the piston to rotate back in. It doens't harm it so long as you don't force the piston any, or keep going when it's at the end.

I do know of one guy who bent a c-clamp on a set of rear calipers. Didn't know you had to do that, so he took the old pads, and used them as a spacer between the clamp and piston. I laughed so hard when I went over to his house, he called complaining that the new clamp he bought just bent.

Luckily u dont know how stupid I was: theres no HowTo -info on my rear caliper piston, just one stubborn piston that didnt want to go in. Im so ashamed I wont tell, but u may be happy for one day
Lesson for me: The mother of all stupidity is that one already 'knows all'.
