By posting, especially something this mundane, you subject yourself to criticism. I've dropped a few engines, and i understand the feeling of accomplishment you get afterwards, which is why you took a video of the speedometer. To those who don't understand where you are coming from, it is a slow automatic maxima, therefore they hate on it. Your engine should pick up a bit over the next couple of weeks; try some seafoam and take it up on the highway a few times(in dry weather). Good luck .

Seafoam is available at o'reilly's. Autozone should have it, just ask someone to point it out.

Dude dont wait to do the swap..

Your car will seriously haul @$$ with the swap and the bolt-ons.. you'll be absolutely astounded by the difference betwen the auto and the 5spd

My VE 5 with CAI, UDP, Y-pipe, Exedy, Fidanza, and GReddy absolutely hauls, and that's with over 170k miles and low compression in one cylinder

Do the swap mang

I have a really good auto (120K on it) I will sell cheap including brand new axles. of course it would cost a good bit to ship I would imagine...still $400 for a good trans and 2 brand new axles .
