Back on the Road

After a 4 day off and on project, I replaced the cam seals, water pump, timing belt, and installed an Unorthodox Racing UDP. The car seems to wind up a bit quicker, which is kinda sweet!

Only one problem. After getting a little too excited when I was wrenching on a bolt I broke the coolant temp sensor. The heat in the car took awhile to warm up and then after blowing for awhile more it turned back cold! Whadya think? Faulty sensor? Bad connection? I wont have time to play around with it for a couple of days.

air in the system. Follow the procedure to remove it and it should take care of it.

How was the UDP to get on? I'll have to be doing it myself soon enough, and I read many had ran into some trouble.

If you are not going any further than the UDP it shouldn't be too bad. But you will find an inpact wrench useful in removing the pulley bolt. If you don't have one, have someone hold the pulley in place with a belt, get an impact socket (27mm) and hit the ratchet with a hammer.
