max wont crank

Well car was running fine last night when I got home.Go to crank it today and it just spins over and try to crank but at a low rpm and shuts right back off. It crank for like 1 to 2 seconds at maybe 300rpms and then shut right back down. Fuel pump is working and Maf is plugged in good. I read the ecu and no new codes popped up? What could it be over night.

Ok after like 100 trys if cranked but as soon as I put my foot on the gas it did not rev and cut off! And will not crank back.

Ok after about 20 more trys it cranks and again and runs at about 1000rpms for about 5 second and then cuts right back off and will not crank right back

it's not timing belt if the thing started and runs.
MAF issue? it should be able to start and idle without a MAF though.

crank angle sensor?

ok I got no fuel pressure. I have a gauge on top of the areomotive FPR, I can not get fuel pressure to show on the gauge even crimping the return line or the feed line that goes to the injectors. But I do hear the fuel pump coming on like it should.

ok I took out the fuel filter out. The fuel filter is not stoped up. I can blow stieght through. The first time the line shot a little gas out. Then the last three times it just sounded like air and bubling and little bit of gas dribble out.

hole in a line?? or out of gas?? lol i had that problem yesterday, would turn over but wouldn't actually crank, looked around and found that my distributor cap was basically in pieces and wires were shot, had a bad miss ever since i got the car, would just be driving and it'd skip hard, worse when it was wet, doesn't do it anymore

turn the key so that the fuel pump turns on and have the fuel line that goes into the filter, take that off and put it into a cup..... see if you are getting fuel at that point... then you can see if it is after the fuel filter or before it then start trying other things

I wouldn't be surprised if there is a pinhole in the line somewhere.

Your Main Relay may be going out. I had the same problem and when I got the relay fixed, it worked fine.

can't really trust buying stuff from ebay, i'd prefer to pay a little more from a business, for the sake of a warrenty for starters, on ebay they can always just get something like it thats cheaper, make it look like the more expensive stuff and then sell it
