Might be leaving Max community (pic)

Well I am supposed to be starting a new job that pays alot better. I been thinking of getting a newer car for a long time now and I figured I would treat myself to one when i start the job. I test drove this car the other night and just loved it (05' altima se-r 6sp) And am going to go look at a 05' subaru legacy gt later in the week. Just gotta figure what to sell my car for

Neat car for sure. But buying a brand new car right when you get a new job is not wise at all. Buying NEW is probably the worst thing you can do. I've seen used 2005 Legacy GTs go for $25,000 now. They aren't holding their value very well.

I ment new to me, the car will be used. The altima I was looking at had 13,000 miles on it.

Since the Altima had the VQ35 since 2002, I'd be looking at a 2-3 year old one.

Should wait a while. Make sure you like the job. Dont get stuck with a payment in a place you dont wanna be at.

with insurance rates in NJ you should be begging for ABS and airbags and everything else that can keep your insurance down as much as possible

SE-R is basically the ultimate maxima (IMHO) I'd say go for it, but I also think you will be pleasantly suprised by the Legacy GT limited (VERY fast)
