How hard is it to remove the air intake?

How hard is it to remove the air intake?
I just got a k&n air filter and a maf adapter and am looking at taking out the stock airbox (is that what it's called?) soon. Is it a pretty easy job? How long will it take?

Worst case if you are pretty new to wrenching around 30 mins.
