Steering Wheel Removal?

How hard is it to remove the stock SE steering wheel with the cruise buttons? Should I disconnect the battery, for safety from the airbag? Is there any other specific procedures?

Thanks.

Most definitely disconnect the battery! If not for saving yourself from getting airbag'd then for not hearing the horn the entire time you're removing the center portion. As for specifics...I'm posting some pages that should help you...
