Smell

The smell coming from my Max is killing me. When the A/C is on then it stinks. Then when I cut the heat it, it stinks. What do I have to do to kill this freakin stench? Please advise.

I thought this sounded familiar, especially because the a/c and the heat were being "cut on" instead of switched on, this could be the problem in fact...
