I lucked out tonight

here's where i was parked

here's a good angle

this is where my car ended up

the first 2 pics were taken after i moved back into the driveway. it's obvious i'm a lucky sob. usually there are cars parked in front of that house and there weren't. also, the black car somehow managed to avoid my pearl one and both of those trees and end up in the angle it did first time i've ever forgotten to set my brake and put in gear when parked. lesson learned.

lucky you didn't get a 2-for-1 crunch out of the deal.

Postal approved wheel chocks for joo...backing and rollaways are the two most common types of postal accidents. Not laughing, but if that happens to me while I am working, I am automatically fired.

Hey Hectic, you still interested in my LED spoiler?

I forgot about it until just now.

shoot me PM if you got some money...

prolly $40 if you pick it up and $50 if I have to find you next time I am in Portland.

I can take pics of it if you want to look it over first. Itr needs to be fixed a little and it has some scratches -- but it is black.

You are one lucky sum*****. To miss the car, two trees and not have a car coming down the street. Wow.

haha, lazy? i wish the spoiler was a priority.. a couple weeks ago, i drove up near seattle, pulled all the stuff below from a complete car, packed it all in the 91 and drove back in one day. took a couple days off, then dug into the black one and replaced the 2 bad rear injectors. it's running on all 6 now but there's still a couple electrical issues with the black car and the input shaft bearing is on its way out + small tranny leak. tell you what though, i'm more than happy to be dealing with these problems now that i avoided the so called "double crunch" or worse. when i get them sorted out, i'll fix the black spoiler and install the fender, bumper cover and spoiler on the pearl one and send you a telegram

5 speed tranny good condition
clutch ~35% wear
all injectors
all coils
headlights
taillights
corner lights
grille
pearl right fender
pearl front bumper cover
pearl spoiler
5 good window regulators (extra door)
all window switches
guage cluster
all dash trim peices
maf
intake plenum
radiator
other small things i'm forgetting

prior to bailing to part out that tacoma car, i was planning on buying it. but now i finally found the pearl parts i need including a spoiler, my plans to find mismatching body parts and respray the whole car have changed. as far as my black stock spoiler, it's not creased, so i'm planning on just filling the ends and sticking it down. it's slightly warped though and looks wavey when held down, so i might want it in the future. i'm kind of preoccupied to be buying more parts right now though you know?

No problem. I might hold onto it for a while. Don't be surprised if you see it in the for sale section, though. We are putting our house up for sale and I might start clearing a lot of stuff out.

I kind of started with a few things I had on top of boxes, but I have a lot of other junk to get rid of, too.

shoot, I probably should do that. No one wants to buy it.

I got a bunch of calls and emails off of craigslist and everything thinks because the high private party kbb is $3k I should sell it to them for that amount.
